Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wineful Living. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing. This policy applies to all physical products fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.


Return Window

We accept return or replacement requests for defective, damaged, or misprinted items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.


Return Conditions

Because all items are custom made to order:

  • We do not accept general returns or exchanges (e.g., wrong size, color, or buyerโ€™s remorse).
  • Only defective, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Items must be unused and reported within the return window.
  • Claims must include photo evidence of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or incorrect handling

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To start a claim, email us at admin@winefulliving.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

Weโ€™ll review your request and notify you of the next steps, including whether your return qualifies for a replacement or refund.


Refund Method

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3โ€“5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
