Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wineful Living. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing. This policy applies to all physical products fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.


Return Window

We accept return or replacement requests for defective, damaged, or misprinted items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.


Return Conditions

Because all items are custom made to order:

  • We do not accept general returns or exchanges (e.g., wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse).
  • Only defective, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Items must be unused and reported within the return window.
  • Claims must include photo evidence of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or incorrect handling

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To start a claim, email us at admin@winefulliving.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

We’ll review your request and notify you of the next steps, including whether your return qualifies for a replacement or refund.


Refund Method

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
